Donald C. Winslow, 92, of Lock Haven, Pa., passed away, April 21, 2025, at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. He was born in Lock Haven, Aug. 23, 1932, a son of the late Frank Winslow.
Don was married on Feb. 8, 1957, to Martha Packer Winslow, who survives. They had celebrated 68 years of marriage.
He was a 1950 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and had enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving from 1952 to 1954 during the Korean Conflict.
Don was employed by the City of Lock Haven for 40 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator until his retirement in 1995.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are four daughters, Donna Winslow, Judy (Fred) Lachat, Sandy (Bobby) Tressler and Vicki (Trevor) Loehr; a son, Tom (Jamie) Winslow; 14 grandchildren, Josie (Justin), Matt (Erin), Jamie, Tony (Nicole), Eric (Hope), Hunter, Ryan, Brittnee, Sloane, Ava, Anna, Emme, Camden and Mike; and nine great-grandchildren, Kaylie (Dylan), Maddy, Briar (Ava), Myles, Romeo, Abigail, Quinn, Adalyn and Emalyn.
Don will also be sadly missed by his special 4-legged grand furbabies.
Don was preceded in death by five sisters; four brothers; and a granddaughter, Makenna Erin Tressler.
There will be no public services.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Woolrich Cemetery.
