Specht, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol – 1st offense, DUI: controlled substance – schedule 1 – 1st offense, DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – 1st offense, DUI: controlled substance – metabolite – 1st offense, five counts of disregarding traffic lane (single), fail to keep right, careless driving, reckless driving and operating vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

— Natia Caris, of Lock Haven, charged with retaliation against a witness or victim, waived for court.

— Teana Alexis Berry, of Blanchard, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 1st offense, improper stop, too slow for conditions and careless driving, waived for court.

— Michael Wayne Dye, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely – 2nd offense, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

— Collin Cade Johnson, of State College, charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness, waived for court.

— William K. Smith, of Lamar, charged with false report – falsely incriminating another, waived for court.

— Yasin A. Muqtadir-Graves, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Nicholas Scott Hanley, of Beech Creek, charged with criminal trespass – break into structure, waived for court.

— Kadeja Nichelle Henry, of Lock Haven, charged with corruption of minors, waived for court.

— Kadeja Nichelle Henry, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault – attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individuals, flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, escape, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, evading arrest or detention on foot and simple assault, waived for court.

— Zachary Michael Zidick, of Lock Haven, charged with four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communications facility and intentional possession of controlled substance by a person not registered, waived for court.

— James Brady George, of Loganton, charged with simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Wayne David Hamilton, of Linden, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Stacey Lynn Beck, of Renovo, charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and intentional possession of controlled substance by a person not registered, waived for court.

— Britney Leeann Hostrander, of Trout Run, charged with two counts of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, eight counts of identity theft, two counts of financial exploitation of older adult or care dependant person, two counts of theft by unlawful taking – movable property, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of access device known counterfeit/altered, waived for court.

— Brett Michael Smeal, of Williamsport, charged with DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – 1st offense, evading arrest or detention on foot and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

— Megan E. Henry, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Jessica Marie Levinsky, of North Bend, charged with simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Daniel Luis Diaz, Jr., of Mount Carmel, charged with firearms not to be carried without license, resist arrest/other law enforcement, marijuana – small amount personal use, too slow for conditions, use below minimum speed limit and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Amanda J. Maggs, of Mill Hall, charged with eight counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and four counts of criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Charles Richard Brennan, of Renovo, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, harassment – subject other to physical contact, and harassment – communication lewd, threatening, etc. language, held for court.

— Jennessa Lynn Gross, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, withdrawn.

— Garrett Richard Hanna, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, withdrawn.

— Bryan K. Grimes, of Flemington, charged with simple assault, withdrawn; and harassment – subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic.
