— Britney Leeann Hostrander, of Trout Run, charged with two counts of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, eight counts of identity theft, two counts of financial exploitation of older adult or care dependant person, two counts of theft by unlawful taking – movable property, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of access device known counterfeit/altered, waived for court.
— Brett Michael Smeal, of Williamsport, charged with DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – 1st offense, evading arrest or detention on foot and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.
— Megan E. Henry, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Daniel Luis Diaz, Jr., of Mount Carmel, charged with firearms not to be carried without license, resist arrest/other law enforcement, marijuana – small amount personal use, too slow for conditions, use below minimum speed limit and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.
— Amanda J. Maggs, of Mill Hall, charged with eight counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and four counts of criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.
— Charles Richard Brennan, of Renovo, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, harassment – subject other to physical contact, and harassment – communication lewd, threatening, etc. language, held for court.

— Garrett Richard Hanna, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, withdrawn.
— Bryan K. Grimes, of Flemington, charged with simple assault, withdrawn; and harassment – subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic.
