Commissioners approve various agenda items
LOCK HAVEN — The Clinton County Board of Commissioners approved a variety of action items during its first meeting of 2025.
This included:
— Approved the Owner of County Agreement for Central Counties Youth Center, providing an annual Clinton County Allocation of $195,861 for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 to be paid in four installments of $48,965.25.
— Approved a 60-month fair market value lease agreement with maintenance contract for a Sharp BP-70C65 copier for Clinton County Probation from Doing Better Business for a monthly amount of $262.67.
— Approved a renewal from Granicus for website maintenance, hosting and licensing from March 17, 2025 through March 16, 2026 at a cost of $5,202.37.
— Approved a 2025 funding commitment for the Agricultural Preservation Program for $30,000.
— Approved the appointment of commissioner representatives to various boards and authorities for 2025.
— Appointment of chief clerk, solicitor and chief assessor, effective Jan. 1.
— Approved the resignation of Mary George Rhone from the Clinton County Housing Authority, effective Dec. 31, 2024. The board appointed Tina Deavor to the position for a five-year term, ending Dec. 31, 2029. Commissioner Angela Harding thanked Rhone for her service to the board and welcomed Deavor to the role.
— Accepted a resignation from Gabe Hansen, agricultural preservation administrator, effective Dec. 17, 2024.
