LOCK HAVEN — A ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held following the renovation of office spaces in an historic 1939 building located at 25 W. Main St., Lock Haven.

Aptly renamed the Triangle Park Building, the facility is located directly beside the Lock Haven Post Office and across from Triangle Park.

Building owner Pat Liska has big plans for the space — including an ultimate goal of renovating it so that it’s handicapped accessible.

“His mind goes so far. His plans (for this space) are so big and grand. We’re very fortunate with this space,” said Rachel Killinger, of 1st Choice Realty.

She noted that the renovated spaces are perfect for a variety of businesses from salons to daycares.

This is zoned in the central business district, so anything zoned for (that) can be here,” said Liska.

“I’m excited about having more opportunities to continue growing downtown Lock Haven and the City of Lock Haven in general. It’s open for so many possibilities. Someone can really bring to life their vision here,” said Killinger.

Liska has a vision for more renovations that preserve the historical components of the building while also making the building more modern and accessible.

For more information about the rentable spaces, contact 1st Choice Realty on their website BobBoob.com or give them a call at 570-321-0544 or 570-398-0690.

Starting at $3.69/week.
