BELLEFONTE — Downtown Bellefonte Inc. (DBI) is thrilled to announce the return of its largest annual fundraiser, Bellefonte Under the Lights, on Friday, Oct. 11, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., with a VIP hour beginning at 4 p.m. This year, the award-winning event will take place in a brand-new location: the scenic Talleyrand Park.

Bellefonte Under the Lights is a night of communal outdoor dining that showcases the best of Bellefonte’s vibrant local businesses, picturesque waterfront and welcoming neighborhood communities. Attendees will embark on a progressive-style dinner, choosing their own culinary adventure from a variety of local food and beverage providers. Admission includes one course from each category–appetizer, entree and dessert–plus a beverage of your choice. Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase during the event.

“Bellefonte Under the Lights is a celebration of everything that makes Bellefonte special,” said Kathleen Ammon, Community and Programming Manager for DBI. “We’re excited to bring the event to Talleyrand Park this year and offer attendees a unique dining experience against the backdrop of one of Bellefonte’s most beautiful assets.”

This year’s menu promises to be the most diverse and extensive yet, with local favorite restaurants crafting seasonal fare. Live music from the 11-piece ensemble Coal Aly will set the tone for the evening, adding to the magical atmosphere under the lights of Talleyrand Park.

Funds raised from this event support DBI’s initiatives aimed at making Bellefonte a great place to live, visit and do business.
