EXPRESS ACHIVES

In this photo, taken in 1990, are, from left, Jim Graw, Don Yeager, Mrs. John Fredricks, Jr., and Loyd Hampson. The men were members of the Vietnam Veterans of America, who had donated an American flag to Mrs. Fredricks, of 109 W. Main St., Lock Haven, to replace a flag that has been stolen from the home recently. Mrs. Fredricks’s son, John W. Fredricks, III, was a Vietnam Veteran that had then been serving in the Gulf.
