The Bellefonte Elks Lodge #1094 recently conducted an Americanism Essay Contest for students in schools within the Bellefonte Elks service area. The essay contest theme was “What Does Patriotism Mean to Me?” Two students from the Bald Eagle Area School District completed essays: in fifth grade was Kamden Glunt and in eighth grade was Mason Glunt. Both essay entries will now be entered into the Elks District Essay Contest.
