Bellefonte Elks #1094 Past Exalted Rulers Association participated in the 150th Anniversary Grange Fair Parade showcasing the Elk’s Veterans Program, Drug Awareness Program and Youth and Scholarship Programs in addition to the many other organizations and programs the PER Association supports in our community. In addition to the hundreds of Elk promotional giveaways, 100 lbs of candy and 1600 freeze pops, 500 backpacks full of school supplies and Elks drug awareness material were also distributed throughout the parade route.
