Devin M. Stacey, 17, of Beach Creek, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 in Centre County.
He was born on April 9, 1995 in Lock Haven, and was the son of Michael Toner of Lock Haven and Jennifer (Stacey) Glossner of Beech Creek.
Devin was a senior at Central Mountain High School and was involved in the Central Mountain Wrestling and Beech Creek Legion Baseball.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball, watching the Denver Broncos and the Fighting Irish football teams.
In addition to his parents, Devin is survived by two sisters, Sydney and Rachel Glossner, both of Beech Creek; a step-father, Brad Glossner of Beech Creek; grandparents, Robert and Ginney Stacey of Beech Creek, Freida Toner and Glen Brungard of Lock Haven, and Skip and Carol Glossner of Beech Creek; great grandparents, Blair and Margaret Burk Sr. of Altoona and Don and Donna Toner of Lock Haven; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Devin was preceded in death by one grandmother, Edith Kline and one great grandmother, Florence Stacey.
A public viewing will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Church of Christ, 161 Beach St., Blanchard. An additional viewing will be held Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Russell Moldovan officiating. Burial will follow at Schencks Cemetery, Howard.
