BEECH CREEK - One of the newest members of the Keystone Central School Board has now become its most recent former member.
Corey Aungst has announced his resignation, effective immediately.
The resignation will not be official until the boards next meeting on Jan. 10.
Aungst, who served with the board for about a year, replaced William Smith, who announced his resignation earlier in 2011.
The Beech Creek man represented the borough, Beech Creek Township, and Curtin and Liberty townships in Centre County.
