Access device fraud

LOCK HAVEN - Two Williamsport women were placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility in default of $300,000 bail for multiple fraudulent purchases from Aug. 4 to Sept. 30, city police said.

Police said Oshane E. Thompson, 22, and Katisha F. Armour, 22, used multiple fraudulent credit cards to make purchases at the A-Plus, McDonald's and Wendy's restaurants and the Weis Market in the city.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN - Justin Schwenderman and Christian Perry, both 22, of 515 Bellefonte Ave., were cited for disorderly conduct Sunday at 1:38 a.m., city police said.

Police said the two men allowed loud noise from a party to disturb the neighborhood.

In a related matter, Youssouf Ba, 18, of 127 University Drive, was cited at the same location for minor drinking. Ba was also cited the previous day at 2:38 a.m. along North Fairview Street for an open container of alcohol and minor drinking.

Vandalism

LOCK HAVEN - A parked car on West Fourth Street at North Fairview Street was vandalized Saturday, city police said.

Damage to the fender and light amounted to $300 loss for the owner, police said.

In another act of weekend vandalism, the side mirror of a vehicle parked along East Bald Eagle Street was broken off. The incident occurred late Friday or early Saturday, police said.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN - Zakery Scott Plesce, 18, of North Hall, Lock Haven University, was cited for disorderly conduct and minor drinking Sunday at 1:03 a.m., city police said.

Police said Plesce was in the area of Firth Street near West Church Street when he was seen urinating on a vehicle.

Trip wire set

LOCK HAVEN - City police are investigating a case of criminal mischief in which two screws were placed in a door frame and a fishing line was attached to them in an effort to trip somebody.

The incident occurred late Thursday or early Friday at a residence in the 100 block of Prospect Street, city police said.

Two-vehicle accident

LOCK HAVEN-Nicolas Christi Telesca of Phillips Street, Easton, will be cited after a two-vehicle accident Nov. 15, city police said.

Telesca was driving north on North Fairview Street in his 2001 Honda Accord when the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado in front of him, driven by Robert F. Lilley Sr. of Pumkin Hill Road, Glenmoore, stopped suddenly due to halted traffic in front of him, police said.

Telesca told police he was unable to avoid hitting the rear of the pickup truck, but he will be cited, police said.

Police saw damage to the rear of the truck.

Bicycle found

LOCK HAVEN-A black men's bicycle was found on North Jones Street Sunday at 6:50 p.m., and may be claimed by its owner at City Hall, city police said.

Underage drinking

JERSEY SHORE-A female juvenile of Limestone Township is charged with underage drinking Nov. 14 after returning home smelling of alcohol, state police at Montoursville said.
