Struble — Scanlan

Amber Dawn Struble, daughter of Roy and Karen Struble, Beech Creek, became the bride of Travis William Scanlan, son of Randall and Susan Scanlan, on May 31.

The 1 p.m. ceremony was performed by Monsignor Neil Van Loon at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Jersey Shore.

Maid of honor was Jamie Struble of Beech Creek, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Richelle Scanlan of Jersey Shore, sister of the groom; Chelsy Gray of McElhattan, Jacy Clark of Julian and Lindsey Decker of Lebanon.

The best man was Ryan Scanlan of Jersey Shore, brother of the groom. Ushers were Jason Zinck of Woolrich, Chris Berdos of Chatham, N.J., Matt Haffley of Flemington and Logan Struble of Beech Creek, brother of the bride.

A rehearsal dinner was held at Santino's Italian Cuisine and the reception was held at the Country Barn Restaurant. After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple is living in Emmaus.

The bride and groom are both 2003 graduates of Central Mountain High School. The bride is a 2007 graduate of Lock Haven University and is currently employed as a chemist at Fragrance Manufacturing Inc.

The groom graduated in 2008 with a physics degree from Lock Haven University and a civil engineering degree from Penn State University. He is currently employed by the Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.
