ATV crash
BEECH CREEK - Two people were injured when their 2004 Honda 400 EX four-wheeler crashed on Harrison Street in Beech Creek Tuesday, state police at Lamar said.
Police said Christopher Richard Dullen-Lucas, 20, of Blanchard was driving south when he lost control, traveled off the road and crashed into a wooden wishing well and grape arbor.
Dullen-Lucas suffered minor injuries and his passenger, Logan Robert Coatman, 19, of Howard, was treated at Mount Nittany Hospital for moderate injuries, police said.
Police were assisted at the scene by Goodwill Ambulance Service, Beech Creek-Blanchard Fire Co. and Beech Creek Emergency Medical Services.
Public intoxication
FLEMINGTON - Michael Burd, 33, of Beech Creek was cited for public intoxication Tuesday at 7:55 p.m. on High Street in Flemington.
Police said Burd was found walking down the middle of the highway and was determined to be intoxicated.
Moped stolen
MILL HALL - A red 1984 Honda moped owned by John Ripoli of Clearwater, Fla., was stolen from a shed at 179 Country Club Lane, Bald Eagle Township, state police at Lamar said.
Police said the vehicle was stolen between July 21 and Sunday.
Fled from scene
MILESBURG - Derek Scott Thomas, 28, of 208 Richner Hollow Road, Howard, crashed his 1987 Chevrolet S-10 pickup on Route 150 in Milesburg Tuesday evening, state police at Rockview said.
Police said Thomas was driving north when his truck veered off the east berm and struck the Milesburg post office at 202 Mill St.
Thomas continued north and struck two wooded benches and a mailbox before he parked his vehicle at a nearby store and fled on foot, police said.
Both he and his passenger, Dustin Tyler Thomas, 18, were apprehended a short time later with the help of witnesses.
Derek Thomas was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Dustin Thomas suffered minor injuries. The investigation is continuing, police said.
Pole severed
SPRING MILLS - Power was cut to the community for a short time when a 1997 Dodge Ram 25000 rammed into and severed a power pole Wednesday at 7:28 a.m., state police at Rockview said.
Police said Connie S. Jackson, 55, of Spring Mills, was driving on Long Street when she reached across the front seat and steered the truck to the right. The front corner of the vehicle crashed into the Allegheny Power pole, shutting off electricity for about two hours before crews repaired the damage.
Jackson suffered minor injuries in the crash, police said.
Drunk driving
DUNNSTOWN - Charles B. Weaver, 29, of Mill Hall, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and summary offenses Sunday at 2:10 a.m., Woodward Township police said.
Police said Weaver was stopped for multiple traffic violations on the Farrandsville Road near Riverview Park and was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
Accident
BASTRESS - A one-vehicle crash occurred on the Coldwatertown Road in Bastress Township Monday at 9:13 a.m., state police at Montoursville said.
Police said Rodrick J. Person, 17, of Jersey Shore, was driving east when his pickup skidded out of control, struck three boulders, traveled over an embankment and rolled a number of times before coming to rest.
Person was cited for several summary traffic violations. Police were assisted at the scene by Nippennose Township Fire Department.
Car crashes
JERSEY SHORE - Brandon Michael Connor, 22, of Mill Hall, crashed his 1997 Chevrolet Lumina on Route 220 at Level Corners Road in Piatt Township Tuesday afternoon, state police at Montoursville said.
Police said Connor was driving south when his sedan hydroplaned from the left southbound lane, crashed into an embankment and rolled onto its roof. Connor was wearing a seatbelt and suffered only minor injuries in the crash, police said.
Simple assault
MILL HALL - Two people were cited after a domestic dispute at their home along the Fairpoint Road in Bald Eagle Township Tuesday at 12:01 a.m., state police at Lamar said.
Melanie S. Romig, 46, and Michael A. Pettingill, 40, both of Mill Hall, will be charged with harassment. Pettingill was taken into custody and was charged with simple assault, police said.
Statue stolen
AVIS - A grey resin lawn ornament was stolen from the front lawn of an Avis residence between Saturday and Tuesday, state police at Lamar said.
The owner, Carol Rhine, 67, of 209 Clinton St., said the statue was of two children, one male and one female, holding an umbrella. Anybody with information is asked to contact state police, 726-6000.
Pistol stolen
MILL HALL - A 9 mm pistol was stolen from a parked Jeep Friday afternoon or evening, state police at Lamar said.
Police said the weapon was parked along Pennsylvania Avenue and was stolen from Charles Eichenlaub Jr., 21, of Mill Hall.
Harassment
BELLEFONTE - A report of harassment occurred Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at a home at 161 Cedar St., state police at Rockview said.
Police say a 38-year-old Bellefonte male grabbed Brooke A. Winkelman, 30, of Renovo, and dragged her outside that residence.
Juvenile arrested
DUNNSTOWN - Township police arrested a juvenile for underage drinking after a traffic stop at 12:20 a.m. Sunday on Mill Hill.
The juvenile was a passenger and was found to have consumed alcohol before the stop, police said.
Corruption of minors
AARONSBURG - State police at Rockview are investigating a report that corruption of minors occurred at an unknown hunting camp in Haines Township in November of 2005.
Police said a 12-year-old female, now 15, told officers an adult forced her to watch a pornographic movie and showed her pornographic pictures on his computer. The investigation is continuing.
Warrant served
DUNNSTOWN - An arrest warrant was served on Philip T. Gearhart of Port Matilda Friday, Woodward Township police said.
Police said Gearheart was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and corruption of minors.
He was lodged in the Clinton County Correctional Facility pending further legal action, police said.
Underage drinking
DUNNSTOWN - Two male juveniles were cited for minor drinking Friday at 11:15 p.m., Woodward Township police said.
The two were walking along Route 664 near Veterans Bridge and were found to have been consuming alcohol, police said.
LOCK HAVEN - Michael Steck, 58, of 450 Center St., Williamsport, was arrested for public intoxication Saturday at 4:34 a.m., city police said.
Police said Steck was found in an intoxicated state on Bellefonte Avenue.
Bench warrant
LOCK HAVEN - Neil Kidd, 32, no address listed, was arrested on an outstanding Clinton County bench warrant Saturday along East Bald Eagle Street, city police said.
Drugs stolen
LOCK HAVEN - Prescription drugs worth approximately $300 were stolen Thursday from a room at 131 E. Water St., city police said.
LOCK HAVEN - Janea Marie Edwards-Allen, 29, of Sandy Ridge was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension Sunday at 4:48 a.m., city police said.
Police said they came in contact with Edwards-Allen while directing traffic for a fire company response along Bellefonte Avenue and determined that she was under the influence of alcohol.
DUI
PINE CREEK - Todd E. Parrot, 28, of Calwell, N.J., is charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 44 North on July 17, Pine Creek Township police report.
Parrott, currentlyl residing at 517 Prospect Ave., Lock Haven, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Sanders on Aug. 5, police said.
