Terroristic threats LOCK HAVEN — A city man is in the Clinton County Correctional Facility after he allegedly made death threats against an unidentified woman on Wednesday, city police report. Jesse Houtz, 25, of 740 E. Bald Eagle St., Apt. 2, allegedly made a cutting motion across his throat directed at a female at his apartment complex, police said. He also allegedly said to others he would take the woman hostage and make her watch him kill her parents, then kill her, police said. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Frank Mills and placed in prison with an unspecified bail. Death ruled accidental BELLEFONTE — The death of a Montoursville man has been ruled accidental. Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers reports Brock Choate, 24, was struck by several vehicles on Interstate 99 in College Township Tuesday night. Choate was a passenger in a vehicle that went off the road, off an entrance ramp onto I-99 and rolled several times, Sayers said.
